Training
Tricia Wass Associates is able to deliver a variety of learning events. We will work collaboratively with you to develop bespoke training which meets the specific needs of your team or organisation, or you can attend one of our established training courses. Our approach focuses on ensuring that effective learning is taking place, giving staff the confidence to put new skills and knowledge into practice once they return to the workplace. To achieve that aim, we strive to make our training participative, relaxed, interesting and fun.
Management and LeadershipWe have designed and developed a Management and Leadership course which has successfully gained level 3 OCN accreditation. This comprises of twelve credits and four distinct units:
- Understanding management and leadership
- Strategic management
- Understanding the organisation and management of Voluntary Sector organisations
- Reflection on personal learning.
This course has been delivered in a number of organisations and received excellent feedback.

- Effective Team Working: across 26 primary care centres in Wandsworth over a three
year period. - Reflect and Recharge: a three day residential workshop that has been run on a regular basis with managers and senior officers from various health and social care sectors.
- Developing Best Practice: with front line workers from teams working in domestic violence.
- Middle Management Development Programme: with a diverse group of middle managers from the palliative care sector.
