Mentoring and external supervision

Tricia has provided mentoring and supervision to a wide range of professionals, including chief executives, team leaders, doctors and nurses, enabling them to deal more effectively and reflectively with the stresses of day to day work and enhance their performance.

Learning sets

Learning sets are an opportunity for a group of peers to come together over a period of time to explore dilemmas in the workplace and to self-generate solutions. They promote both personal and professional development; increasing motivation and confidence, improving effectiveness, and enabling staff to adapt to change. Tricia provides expert facilitation to ensure that the group remains focused, balanced and effective.

Management and leadership development

Tricia is passionate about the importance of clear and effective management and the role of leadership within organisations. Drawing on her extensive management experience and her rich understanding of organisational processes and systems, Tricia works with clients to develop their individual styles and approaches, supporting them to find solutions to management dilemmas and to become high performance leaders.

Coaching and career development

Coaching is a powerful tool for getting the best out of your staff, particularly at times of organisational change. Individual coaching sessions enable managers and senior staff to explore specific problems and find solutions to conflicts or challenges which impact on their role. Other sessions focus specifically on career development, identifying goals and how to achieve them.
